Let them Pass

Enjoy every moment, but let them pass,
Enjoy every breath, but let them pass,
Enjoy every day, but let them pass,

Dynamic life IS change….
Enjoy the dance, but don’t hold on to any specific part,

You are the perceiver, awareness, presence, you are the unchanging,
You are not the objects, thoughts nor perceptions,
Let the objects, thoughts and perceptions come and go,

Like a song that is made up of multiples of notes,
One single note held for hours, would just turn into an irritating noise,
Let each note come and go and enjoy the ever moving, beautiful song of life……
